Royal Palm at Lake Nona

Royal Palm at Lake Nona multifamily development project will feature a certified green building 320-unit Class-A apartment community with on-site recreational amenities, parking, and stormwater ponds. The apartment residences are provided by four identical 4-story, elevator-equipped buildings and eight carriage house buildings. The 4-story buildings will contain a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 782 to 1,398 SF. The carriage house buildings will contain 1,115 SF two-bedroom units.
