The Participant Capital Sun Belt Multifamily Development Fund will be primarily invested in multifamily development projects (i.e., apartment rental assets) comprising low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise multifamily, and to a lesser extent, mixed-use multifamily anchored developments in the Sun Belt states with an emphasis on the state of Florida. The Fund manager will employ differentiated strategies for urban and suburban development designed to capitalize on each market’s need for rental housing, and our extensive development track record and investment opportunity grass roots sourcing network. Through its development and affiliated company relationships, Participant provides investors with access to institutional quality early stage real estate investment opportunities traditionally reserved for institutional private equity investors and funds.
