RPC Projects:  This Website summarizes certain projects that Participant’s affiliate, Royal Palm Companies, LLC (“RPC”) is either considering or pursuing.  While RPC may be pursuing those projects, it may have limited or no rights in them at this time, and the Fund has no agreement with RPC or any other party establishing the terms under which the Fund might invest in such projects.  Instead, the summary of RPC projects is included to provide prospective investors of the types of projects the Fund may invest in when following its strategies as described in the Memorandum.
